Problem
The setup steps defined in
.github/copilot-setup-steps.yml
were not being executed because the file was located in the wrong directory. GitHub Actions workflows must be placed in the.github/workflows/
directory to be recognized and executed by the GitHub Actions runner.This caused issues when trying to verify the setup process, as running
python -c 'import pytensor'

to.github/workflows/copilot-setup-steps.yml

With the file in the correct location, the workflow will now:
